The association will give instant access to Thai customers of Sompo Insurance to the airport halls in case of a flight delay
Collinson’s smartdelay solution for automatic airport access has been integrated into the Sompo Traveljoy platform.
Consequently, single and annual travel insurance holders in Thailand can now acquire a digital access coupon in the room in case of flight delay.
Sompo confirmed that the function would be available to its customers in other Asia-Pacific markets in the near future.

Starr Insurance formed a similar association with Collinson last year to offer Smartdelay to the US market.
