Spring holidays begin soon for most universities and schools throughout northern Texas. It is always a good time for a getaway for both students and parents.
There are still some options for procrastinators, but have warned: travel experts say that this spring vacation will be more busy and faces than ever.
You do not have to deal with crowds or inflated prices to have a good time.
Katy Nastro with GoingA flight offers website suggests looking weekends before and after its spring week. A shorter trip, like from Sunday to Wednesday or Thursday to Sunday, could save money.
“You may not take all week off, but you combine it for a weekend in that spring vacation week,” Katy Nastro said with the flight offers website. “So you have free time, but do not necessarily get those high prices of spring break that you could see if you try to travel during that whole week.”
