Nueva Delhi (India), January 29 (ANI): Air India announced Wednesday that it will resume its services without stopping between Delhi and Tel Aviv from March 2 onwards, the airline said in a statement.
“Air India will operate 5 times weekly to Tel Aviv, using its Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner that offers 18 flat beds in executive class and 238 spacious and padded seats in the economic class,” the statement added.
The reserves for flights between Delhi and Tel Aviv are open in all channels, including the Air India website, mobile application and travel agents. Air India’s decision to resume operations on the AVIV route in Delhi-Tel follows the required approval, he said.
The airlines had suspended flights to and from Tel Aviv after the attack of the Hamas group against the Israelis on October 7, 2023.
The service was briefly resumed in March 2024, but in August it was suspended again amid tensions between Israel and Iran. (ANI)
